I have a fair bit of aqua stuff, Dillo, brolly, quiver and most of it is good.

The quiver though, one rod sleeve split, so I swapped it. Another sleeve the plastic clip broke, so I swapped that one. Then the quiver handle stitching undid and I couldn't use the shoulder strap . It was about 5 months old and I called Aqua. They told me to call the retailer, I did, they wanted to take it in and fix it. Well I couldn't sort that out and they were not up for swapping it for another. So I stitched it up with braid myself.

To be honest, it is good gear but I felt the aftersales service was a bit 'iffy'. Not terrible but certainly not being super helpful.

Chris had an exclusive sale point with Stapeley Angling Centre. After he left that continued. I bought the quiver from Stapeley, the dillo direct and the brolley from Stap.

I think that exclusivity has ended now as I notice they resell through other shops as well now.

Definitely must confirm, my experience with aftersales would have to be deemed 'indifferent'. Not completely bad but in no way completely great.
