DEAN C DEAN C Ultimate Carp Nutrition Guru Outstanding FW Member Registered: 05/02/06 Posts: 699 Loc: KENT	In the year 2012 all caged chicken produce is to be stopped The upshot of this will be the non availability of eggs from these birds and the national use of freerange $\:\)$ This will considerably effect the smaller bait firms out there as the cost of freerange eggs is or will be far greater.... Therefore,let us go in another direction and suggest alternatives to eggs,assuming that that alternative is cheaper and is as good as eggs,also,has anyone experienced how awkward these alternatives are in the bait making proccess? Unless there is an implication here that large firms do not use fresh eggs? On a personal note I’ve used free-range eggs in my own bait making and for home use for a long time now for ethical reasons. Ditto with chicken meat. I’m not convinced that the claims are valid in supermarkets so tend to by local ones from a farm shop when I can. Despite this I still find Peter’s warped sense of humour amusing! _________________________ Wayne
