Me and two mates have had over 250 fish since November 1st. Lots of jacks but some good fish coming out had about 30 doubles to 16.5 lb and lost a few good fish. Sale boats and the bay malton seem to have the better fish lots of bait fish round these areas at the moment. But if you want plenty of action with jacks and fish to around 7lb try up near halfords and near where the two pot cows are near the grass. Bait wise ,trout, small roach and lamprey are three good baits at the moment. Back on tommorrow mite see u on there.

I`ve been down the river Wye today. It was like a summers day till about 1 ish. Bloody sunshine!

It was all very pleasant despite the 6 oclock start and a 2 hour drive.

Had a nice fish, 14.03lb about 9 oclock on a sairdine fished in a slack and thought I would have a few but alas that was the only bite.

Tried for the barbel later on but the river was running a bit too fast.

I`ll be back
