Bridgewater fished alright on Friday Had 8 takes 5 to lures and 3 to dead baits 8lb biggest the rest all jack's. Went as far as the narrows at the river bollin , went out a half 6 it was still dark didn't see the dead pike till i was on the way back it was washed up on the far margin, so i stopped to have a look its stomach had been cut open with something really sharp it guts were hanging out it had been caught and killed, how could someone kill any pike no matter what size. I was really gutted its really annoyed me, took some pics of the fish and weighed it just over 22lb , the lure next to the fish was to size it up. it was a Rapala supershadrap if any newcomers going on the Bridgewater please put the pike back.
