skinnyrat skinnyrat Enthusiastic FW Member Registered: 22/01/04 Posts: 274	Pendle view has done Lancashires first 40+ the fish one of the big commons that have been out up to 37+ in the past came out last night at a MASSIVE 42lb+, Well done to the lucky angler and venue,lets hope it is just the first of one or two more fish that might pass the 40+ mark

quinnytj quinnytj Enthusiastic FW Member Registered: 23/12/02 Posts: 300 Loc: manchester	the fish is called cradle cap and was out last year at 35 ish first time out and masively up on weight a lad called chris boyle had it at half two this morning was a surprise for him i guess these fish were put in 3/4 years ago when they were all 20s so have put lots of weight on since then some are simmonds fish but not sure about the commons in there,,, does he breed big commons ?? will find out more when i can

Simmos fish are all mirrors, although he has supplied the odd big common from waters.... Pendle View commons = Dutch imports, I've been told? If so and stocked at 20lb plus, should they be regarded as Lancashire records...?
