Whilst in Holland this year I noticed that among the Fox & JRC bedchairs (predictably way cheapers than ours) were others made by Ultimate Team which were really cheap but looked well made.

One thing that really caught my eye was a bedchair that could have the bottom third removed to make it into a recliner chair. Great idea, I'm surprised Fox & JRC haven't done one. Anyone else seen these?

Haven't seen them but Fox, etc. haven't thought of this because they would rather you buy a Bedchair and a chair seperatley so they make more money out of you. That's what a tackle company rep told me in a shop!

one of the early humberside angling centre ads had a chair that could be made into a bedchair via an attachable section. it was advertised as a chair with this added feature rather than a bedchair that could be a chair so it may not be too sturdy. i saw this ad this year so check back issues of carp mags

I`ve seen a couple of Ultimate tackle items over here in Germany recently. One is a reel called the 500 wet dream!!! It looks a bit like the Daiwa big pit reels and appears well built and very smooth. Janssen sport in Belgium are selling 2 plus two spare spools and a pound of line for about 90 quid. Another item was the buzzer. It also seemed fairly robust and costs about 80 quid for a pair including sounder box, cables and presentation box!
