Thankyou for your replies lads.

Mark unfortunatly i blanked, thursday night was cold calm and to make matters worse had a full moon wich never seems to produce fish.

Friday was blowing a bit one guy had a scraper double , the night produced another scraper double to another guy.

I had packed up dinner time today to come home, stoped to have a chat with a chap on the dam and geof who was fishing next to me, cast into the area i had baited up for the last 2 days and 10min's later had a 16LB common on the jammy git.

If only i stayed a while longer it may have been my bait it ate.

Still it was good to get my lines wet and have a try.

Things can only get BETTER.
