Some of you might have noticed we have a facility to post polls on this forum. They seem very popular and if used correctly are really good way of seeing other anglers opinion.

Each poll can only be posted to once by any one member so there can be no cheating.

I would like suggestions for polls in ALL areas of the forum. Please reply here with the title of the poll, its list of options to click and a reason why you want it there. We will consider all ideas but reserve the right to amend. They can be serious or fun.

Once they have run their course they will go to a new 'Polls' forum so they can be added to and looked at for reference in the future by new members.

Thinking caps on please.

Steve

Steve, Will members ever be able to produce polls? Or will it be just a mod thing?

I think it would be a good idea if say,the more loyal members could hold polls. This way it is something to work for and people might put more posts out and then that would make the site more interesting. But that might encorage people to just post aload of rubbish inorder to get there member status higher. Steve,

I tried to view the results of the poll about polls - got the message "The parameter is incorrect. " and a blank page. Would that be your parameter or mine??
Also I got an error message when I voted - tried again and was informed I had already voted! Oh well, I tried!
