Hello Cheshire Mate, the lads on the mere dropped into the swims recently vacated by two brothers who has blanked and then caught within the first hour - way to go lads. I'm on there myself this weekend, pop in for a brew if you can make it. Amiaud Peche rod pod, on canal-mere, in the spring,eh! eh! ooh suits you sir!

now then lads was out at the weekend on mill lake done a blank but done alot off swim locating
for the future it is a proper marathon mill lake and it is very exiting doing the planning for mill lake

i am going to be doing alot of camping on this lake as there is not alot of fish spotting on this lake at all.
there is a lot of planning to be done on this lake as every swim is different rangeing from different depth's to a lot of under water snag's. and the deep silt is very scary as it is every where but no bloodworm has been located yet which i think will be part of the jigshaw. anyway i will keep my finger's cross and shoe lacer's

also been down to the widnes canal for a single night but managed to do my first over night blank
well you can not catch them all the time.

i think they were probley knocked off the feed
by those biting east wind's it was a very cold single night session they were there moveing up and down the canal. but probley will have a good feed in the day when it get's a bit warmer. well i hope that's right but i think i have had my luck on there and now it's pay back time. anyway that's my report's talk to ye all soon
enjoy ye fishing where ever ye chose to go
