Paul, I know you've fished Harefield for some years. I would like to join. How do I get in?
Can you tell me how to get in Savay also?
I know I'm being cheeky!

For Harefield I would assuemthat you would need to contact Boyer Leisure for details. If you ring the HeronPoint tackle shop, Buzz should be able to give you the nessecary details or take you details and get someone to contact you regarding it. As for Savay, I would say that Pete Broxup is the man to contact.

I've been a paying member of Harefield for some years and have also had the privilege of being made an honorary member by Boyer Leisure in recent years. It is probably the best value for, money big carp fishery in the country with syndicate fees of only £150 per season, although nerw members have to pay a joining fee. There are several forties in there and about 30x 30's but the fishing is difficult. To join you must first join one of Boyers other carp waters such as Rodney Meadow or Farlow's and then go on the waiting list. People do drop out so it is worth putting your name down. Phone number for Boyers is
01895 444707.
Savay is now only available on a season ticket (no night fishing) or syndicate. There are at least 100 plus 30's in Savay, which I feel is easier than Harefield. To get into the syndicate you must buy a season ticket and go on the waiting list for the syndicate. You must also fish it so that you get known to the syndicate members. Harder to get into than Harefield due to a lower drop-out rate. For details of the season ticket which I think is £100 write to Peter Broxup 309 Shirland Road, London W9 enclosing an SAE.
