Loc: On the banks of the Royal Blue...
Bob
I went as a field tester in Feb this year.
It was Freezing, down to -9 at night.
6 of us went and 3 more lads where there. Everyone caught even in these conditions.
4 of us fished on Le Traque
Fish caught.
2 thirties biggest 34.14
about 6 20s
loads of doubles and singles.
All fish under 20lbs were moved to the big lake to grow on. No fishing on there yet.
2 lads fished the big lake and blanked for 4 days then moved on to La Saule for the rest of the week .
Fish caught.
1 30 @ 32lbs
6 20s
The other 3 lads fished on lake 2 & 3 they had fish out to 32lbs if I can remember.
Toilets/showers have now been built.
The gravel works on site takes a bit away from the scenery but the lakes are still a very nice place to fish with loads of big uncaught fish to go at and I am sure you will catch a few biggies.
You can always move around to the other lakes But La Traque is the Banker.
I wouldn't mind going again when it was warmer you would bag up to say the least.

Thanks for that Tony.
Le Traque is where we have booked so its sounds like will have a good time. The only worry now is the French customs and our bait !!!
