hi, sorry to post on here but placed an order for some items inc a daiwa trolley on the shop. order went thru got an email saying items despatch apart from the trolley which was on back order. i mailed to ask when it was coming to get a response the following day saying we cant get one what would i like to do... so why was i told back order. and if i had known this would have just canceled the whole order as in fairness we only really paid for a few more items to qualify for the free post
this was on wednesday i have sent what must be 4 replies to the email and also the contact on the site, not been able to phone during normal hours as i'm at work and can only mail, first asking if we could sort something out with a different trolley and now i would just like a refund for the item. other stuff arrived fine and father in law more than happy to pay for those items he wanted.
but no response to a customer is just bad customer service

also noticed that the trolley has now been taken off the site so should you really just list every product that a company sells before checking you can supply the goods

worse thing was it was for a gift for the father in law but having now spent the money on that we have been unable to supply him with the trolley as money is still in some one else's bank account and we dont all have money to throw about

sorry to rant on here but i just feel like i have been taken for a ride
