so a couple of years ago i converted to cheese paste on a friends recommendation and a (very short) article on my fave site: http://www.prebait.com/bait/22/Cheese_Paste but last month a friend and i went on a trip and having dropped our bait overboard (can you believe ive never done that til now? 20 years fishing and id never done that?!) we didn't want to miss the feeding frenzy so we used what we had! chocolate coins! just like those ones mum used to put in your stocking at xmas http://www.twenga.co.uk/dir-Food-and-Drink,Sweet-delicacies,Chocolate-coins and didnt we reap it in. now im not saying this was due to chocolate. most likely due to all the bait around us but it got me thinking, what unconventional baits have proven successful? after cheese paste, and now chocolate coins, whats next?!
