Hi, Could anyone out there help me?? my Wife has bought me a Canon 1000D DSLR for Xmas and I have taken a few shots but I cannot find out how to trim the photos after I have taken them,

I have managed to zoom in and move the pic sideways and up and down but when I am happy with the picture I cannot trim it,

There is nothing in the instructions to say how to do it....
Thanks Alan

If by trim you mean cropping it is far easier done once the image has been loaded onto the computer.Even the simplest of programmes has a cropping tool.
