Well done Capello - progressive thinking on his squad selection. He's realised, I hope, that Man Uniteds defence is, well, quite dodgy when faced with decent strikers - Torres, Drogba etc, and has brought in some steel in the mould of the mighty Carra - a rock in Liverpools defensive consistency once again. Hopefully, Ferdinand's been seen as a liability who may not be up to the test (in more ways than one) and he will finally be ditched, along with others.

John you're a stickler for facts....so here's an undeniable one...Man Utd have only conceded 28 goals in the Premier League this season, less than anyone else, including Chelski...wink...so how does that make Ferdinand a liability? woot

On the other hand Liverpool have conceded 35 goals and finished seventh, so how does that make Carragher more reliable? wall

Capello will play Ferdinand....wink

Nice to see you back on here posting again, by the way..lol

cant remember last time i watched England and having spent the last six months watching a team with limited true talent, spit teeth and blood to succeed, it just reminded me why i no longer am interested in England in the world cup.
that, im afraid, is the true legacy of sky, premiership and Sven upset

wish them luck, hope you all enjoy it, i'll be taking advantage of it all for some quiet fishing because it means little to me compared to the bread and butter stuff.

so Lancs, your on your own this time, creaming yourself on mediocrity wink ZZZzzz

maybe he is, havent seen him play for probably 18mths, either way, i dont fancy his chances against USA, he'll need 10 others willing to put the effort in to have any effect..

its a team game Paul
last world cup. only 2, maybe 3, came out with any kind of credit...says it all
