Seems to be sum good deals on these rods any one used or owned Buy 2 get the 3rd free plus unconditional warranty replaced no fuss is this a decent deal but most of all is it a decent rod ?

Used the SK4's when they were launched, seemed like a nice rod although the 3 1/2s seemed a little to stiff compaired to my torrix rods in the same TC. You wont find a better rod for the price though. The Guys who run sonik use to work at greys so no doubt the rods are all from the same place. They do look a lot like one of the greys rods.

There was an issue with the reel seats on launch and they only fitted 18m and not 20mm seats meaning a lot of big pit reels wouldnt fit them. They changed them in the end but i would check when ordering.

Myself and Daiwa parted a couple of years ago... but I still have to say that you'll find it difficult to find a better carp rod than that made by Daiwa in the UK....wink

Most other companies are using cheap Chinese imports....wink
