Hi every one i am a newbi in the carp fishing scene well the big ones anyway as i have always matched and pleasure fished, and i think its time i got some rods and do it proper.
Thing is i have spent that much money on course gear rods reels poles etc the missus is going ape i want more stuff so i am in need for some advice on some rods without going silly i have seen some dawia d carp and some maver abyss both for under £30 is this to cheap has anyone seen them in use or know about them thanks danny

i`d go for the d` series diawa danny for what you want,i got some for me and her for river fishing as my tips on mine and hers were a little stiff oo-er,checked em out in the tackle shop b4 hand and didnt want 2 spend too much just incase i didnt get into it(river fishing),they seemed fine for the job..impressed for so little dollar..and i think 18 quid in the fishingwarehouse shop above at the time..30 in the tackle shop..didnt seem bad either with free del and here in a couple of days,dont know whether the offers still on but worth a look !!

cheers think i will order 2 of them i aint gettin 3 because i aint going to buy 2 rod licences lol
