And the £10,000 fine for not having a permit is false representation and a complete joke.....

I think the woods were blitzed to get the JCB's round to fix the far bank. Only surmising tho'

A mate of mine is a member of a very private lake and 2 Eastern europeans where caught poaching and the police where called, when they arrived they said it would be best to give them a good telling off and let them go,

The bailiff said to the police why? is it because of the racial thing, they said NO its very difficult to prosecute anyone for tresspass and it would almost certainly be thrown out of court,

So I think it would be very difficult to implement such a big fine as advertised,

Paul pobably knows the law better than most of us????

Trespass is a civil issue so nothing to do with Plod.... unless linked to burglary of a building...

A poacher with tackle could be defined as 'going equipped to steal' and hence can be a criminal matter but extremely rare...

£10,000 fine is a joke, as indeed seem to be the new owners...

The place looks like it has been raped !! fooking disgrace !! When will this place and inhabitants be treated with the respect it deserves!!! But one good thing is the weapons arn't punnishing the fish as much as before !!
