after catch-in that awesome fish i was right up for it so i was keeping the bait going in every two days or twice a week sticking to my sticky baits combie with quarter of a kg on two spots!
i got down for my 14th trip and went for the same spots i started to worry a bit as i had stoped hearing any fish topping in the night on my 1st night but on my second night i got a steady drop back

i fook-in hate drop backs they fook my head big time! so i went in on it and could not beleave it!
it was a carp happy fook-in days !that aint no bream! It put up a proper fight as well it was a lovely bar of gold in proper good shape
I had a recast then it was away again another drop back i went in on it and there was nothink there head was battered so i txt andyjack in the morning told him the score he informed me nnahh m8 straight up those bream in there have small mouths your right its a bream now which is what i thought as it was not like the last drop back it droped back a bit to quick anyway hears the 24lb 80z common for you hope to keep the roll going ps lads come on any you lot been DO-IN-IT in the beautiful NW

[quote=Paul Selman]Well done, Joe, another fish from a not so easy water..wink

You're starting to look a bit worn mate - all that travelling to Kent must be doing it. I know, I've done it, got the T-shirt.... A tip - join Horton instead. Top facilities, set of good blokes on there now from South and North and a load of 40's/30's to go at, and getting bigger....wink

paul thanks for notice am worn! but its not due to traveling to kent its due to stress of normal life! paul horton not my cup of tea

fella i will not pay more than £300 for a ticket its just not worth it ! well i would for the mangrove for a season or two! am gutted that mid kent put the card up to £350
but i start at £300 at mid kent so i have to go with the flow on that price ! ps still not had that PM

OK Joe... thumbsup

Decided not to send you a PM, I was originally asking if you could tell me the names of 3 scousers who visited one of my lakes recently...

They booked late, turned up at the house here with cash, fished the lake having a good week with over 40 good carp between them... but left the facilities in an appalling dirty state, but also tried to break into a mobile home before they left, leaving it damaged, and then burgled my bailiffs equipment caravan...wink

As for fish welfare = zero... upset my bailiff was constantly having to watch and intervene due to their poor treatment of the fish...

In the last few years virtually every party from Liverpool we have had that I didn't know personally behaved in an appalling fashion leaving everthing trashed behind them.. upset

So in future I will only take bookings from scousers that I personally know will treat my fish and property with respect...wink
