BRB, I don't believe for one minute that our guys are sitting there ignoring your mails....unless they never got to them..what would be the point of that? We pride ourselves on our customer service and there are dozens of testimonials on the shop site praising it.... If you used the contact us on the main site it would not have got to them, you must use (sorry if you did) the contact us on the FW shop site. It would be worth doing again it could have been a technical gliche... I repeated my request for a postage refund again via the shop site contact page on Sunday. It's Tuesday pm now and again no response. I think he has ground me down now, I know the postage cost is only a few quid but I believe it's my money!! Thanks for trying anyway.
