Some of the bivvys by the big brands seem to be held together by gaffer tape. You might be in with a shout there!

Some caller on Talk Sport's Fisherman's Blues was creaming himself over Chub's bivvy range. Some of Chub's kit does seem rather good IMHO.

Personally I favour the brolly and overwrap combo...nice and simple like me. I've got the Aqua 60in brolly plus an Aqua overwrap (only 1 or 2 ever made) and it's tops for quality and reliability.

Loving my AI airframe brolly, pram hood style like dillo with winter skin it's solid in any conditions, without skin it's a light very mobile shelter.

Have an aqua combo. ie brolly for the shorties and armadildo mk 1 for the longies. Can't go wrong with an aqua brolly.
