now ill tell u my side after posting on nw carp about me and my mate finding this 40plus common in destress after a recent capture ive now been banned from the site



thursday morning

me an a mate went down got to the gates an a lad was parked up outside the gates so we went to the opsosite end from him at 0735 the lad was seen chucking his gear in his car and driving off so we went for a look down that end to find no tackle in the swim.so we said we would fish there i stood one side of the swim my m8 stood the other side as i got closer to the waters edge i noticed a fish ON ITS SIDE 1/2 foot from the bank with its head in a big weed bed so my m8 got his waders on and got in to put it in a better place this fish had a fresh hook hold witch ended up being a bit of a tear.

so we stayed about and looked after this fish with extra care bear in mind it was about 0800 the fish was nt looking good we just held it there till it got enuf in her to swim off witch she did around 230pm we stayed there for a hour an a half after gob smacked at wot we had just witnesed as u can imagane. when we saw a white shape 50ish yrds out on closer inspection with the bino's it was the fish we could see its pec fin sticking up after a few fone calls it come out that this lad had it and fecked off?

this fish has not been found yet so theres still hope but to tell u the truth its not looking good

get real for fecks sake we did are best for the fish as anyone would.........and if it does servive which i hope to feck it does its down to wot we did for her wot would of happened if we didnt find it ay!

me and my m8 have been baitin that spot for the last 2 years and have had a number of good fish from it yes i caught the fish striaght away near enough some qucik photos and slipped her back in she swam off to the left of the swim towards were dan told me he had found her all i can think of is these are very old fish and have hardly seen the bank so 2 captures in such a short space of time must of really stressed her out and she stayed there sulking in the weed i really hope she'll turn up well i'ii keep lookin till i find her

On thursday morning whilst on the m42 on my way down south for some easy fishin!!! I recieved a call from a very distressed and concerned dirtdevil. He found said fish in the edge in distress, not looking good. Throughout the day he kept me updated on the situation. The poor [censored] had to sit there all day making sure this fish (a fish of his dreams) was ok. Fair play to you m8. Which ever cant has claimed he took trophy shots, shame on you. If and I say if this fish is still alive, its thanks to dirtdevil.

Tis a shame all this controversy surrounds one of the finest fish to be banked in the North West.

Heres hoping the big girl is keeping well.

that site is full of muppets you get banned for farting wrong
