Why won't the gallery let me log in, says invalid user name or password ???????

I suggest you mail Billy, it hasn't let me in since the forum upgrade, along with many others.

Had this problem since start of Feb ! after the upgrade..

I have no problams logging into the Gallery

Still won't let me in even after deleting the cookies it suggests !! it can stick it's cookies where the sun don't shine

Saul who's your Internet provider that may be the problam
or try logging on as Saul then your password

believe one of them is a bad one but i'm Virgin cable
sure it's somthing to do with your provider if you and saul share the same one that could be it

I'm using the same provider as I was before the upgrade (BT) I didn't have a problem then, don't see how it can be a problem now ?

try it from the forum click on the member gallery from the forum like i do

Yes I did try and log on as me as that would be my first line of attack

I'm still with blueyonder/virgin same thing !! it was ok the other day but now it's fecked.
Maybe I'm using too much space

I'll just go and play on my new scottishcarper forum instead

We seem to think we need to upgrade to the latest version of Photopost to overcome this log-in problem. This will happen shortly, and I 'll let you know when you can attempt log-in...

By way of an update...

We need to upgrade the software to tackle these login problems, we've purchased the updated software.....unfortunately the only member of the Admin team who cannot login is Billy, based in Thailand, who is the only one with the expertise to upgrade....:sad:

Bill is working on it..

Bill has now managed to gain access and will be installing the new upgrade in the early hours tonight to minimise disruption...

Hopefully, you should have no probs logging in tomorrow morning...

Those who have said they can't log into the gallery in this post should now be able to. Anyone else who can't please post here.

A full upgrade will be carried out in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
