TIS WAS SENT TO ME TONIGHT We have been told and now seen that you are selling BOTTLE LEADS on your web site,as we named and ATOMIC are known for this name we would ask if you could remove or rename your lead, say square lead?.if you yourselves had made a good selling product we think you would also feel cheated some other company stealing your products name.your shape is not correct and looks like a vice job so again very miss leading to the public,we do not wish this to go further but are guarding our product names and will pursue this further if need be.we will give 1 month or this matter will be handed over to our solicitors for them to deal with, also the DUNG name was thought up by us and wish this also to be renamed ie / compost lead

Regards

Simon

oooooohhhhhhhh . obviously got nowt better to do on saturday night then ? dont ya know big brothers comin' on ?
I much prefered the name vice job to square lead and i'm sure with a little thought we can come up with a better name than dung lead.
p.s. i wont be buying any leads from your company in the future on the strength of your post tonight and i dont think you have done any good to your companies image by airing views/complaints online in the public forum.

Hope if you're talking copyright that you'll share your spoils with Chris Tarrant and Maggie Philbin. Tiswas was an institution for older people like me so please don't rape their ideas.

To save any trouble, it would be easy for you to name them "bottle-type leads" and "dung-type leads", that would even be paying Atomic a compliment by word association.

I doubt if you're in trouble, why threaten, when it is so easy to see a solicitor and have him forward a correctly worded letter?
Atomic presumably don't have any legal right to the name.

Next thing you know, you won't be able to call a ballpoint pen a "biro". ;\)

....and just to cover my own @rse, this is only an opinion and is not legally binding in any way whatsoever.
