Not going bore everyone with masses of advertising blurb, but we have two baits, both based on the same base mix..

The Enzyme...

A base mix comprising of fish, animal and vegetable proteins together with lipids that supply all a carp's nutritional requirements combined with a mixture of four enzymes that work at different stages in a bait's life, breaking down the proteins in the bait to give a constant release of amino acids.
This bait is supplied in ready rolled freezer form only due to the complexity of mixing and rolling.

Moonfruit..

The same base mix without enzymes but with a few 'added extras' that have never previously been used before in the bait world... Can be used in a throwing stick and
Can be supplied as a base mix package with roling instructions or as a finished bait..

Prices per kilo are £9.50 for the Enzyme and £8.50 for Moonfruit, however, deals are available for larger quantities.

These baits will not be available through tackle shops due to the high costs of the ingredients and neither bait is available as a shelf life as it is just not possible to make a high nutritional value bait that sits at room temperature and does not lose effectiveness...

Just to clarify, Pete, both base mixes are available in ready-rolled frozen bait form? With the Enzyme ONLY available in freezer bait form?

Moonfruit is again ready-rolled in freezer bait form but also as a dry mix on request?

If I'm right, what sizes are the ready rolled freezer baits?

Just like to add that £9.50 per kilo for ready made frozen boilies of top quality ingredients is bloody good value in my book!

Yep.. both are available as ready rolled freezer baits.. The Enzyme is only available in this form as I do not want people phoning me up saying their bait has melted...

Moonfruit is more user friendly and can be rolled by anyone..so it is available as a base mix together with additives...

Sizes... 12,14,16,18,24,30.. bigger if required... or smaller... or any shape that an angler may feel gives them an advantage...

All ingredients are top quality.. and all bait will have a BBE date that co-incides with the ingredients' useful life so there is no chance of using 'old' bait....

I can understand Pete what you're saying about the enzyme bait... Fresh frozen is the only way....

I can remember opening up my bait tub on a couple of occasions in the distant past and finding previously rolled and gently boiled enzyme baits just to be unusable snotty mush...

If you've managed to get the enzyme thing right, the catches will make a lot of people happy.....

The key is de-activating it at the right points by using different enzymes that work at different rates, on different bonds and at different temperatures... once you have that sorted its all plain sailing... however, it does require discipline in mixing, rolling and boiling..

pH is another consideration...
