Hey people,im from ireland.i am just wondering has any one else had any problems in receiving your orders?
5 weeks ago i ordered some pike gear and i still havent received my order,,the first time i ordered from fw, i got my order in les than a week which i thaught was great.but not now,its been 5 weeks and i still havnt received my gear which i paid almost 250 euro for.
they wont answer my email messages and wont answer my phone calls,and when i ring thr international number,i get some fishing holidays in france.its kind of distressing ans i was hoping to have my gear on time.and help??

Hi Rainbow66.. I have passed your complaint onto Swifty's website manager and asked for it to be dealt with as a matter of urgency.

Unfortunately we have no control over Swifty's Tackle and complaints like this have led to us setting up a much better and more professionally-run shop ourselves, which should be live at the end of the month (ish) and over which we have total control....

Wew'll have a much better range of quality carp gear than Swifty's - and cheaper too!

yeah, i was contacted a week ago, my order was sposed to arrive last wednesday gone but as usual, it hasnt come,i rang them and i was told it was sent out.i dont actually think it was,now i think its time for my solicitor to be called in.i dont like doing dstuff liek that but this time il have no choice.
my credit card was charged,even an extra 35 euro or so,more than what i ordered.its terrible to say if i have to call my solicitor in,im going to have to pay him about 500euro just to get 209euro worth of gear from these people, but thats not the point,the point is swiftys bad customer relations and service.

I've done all I can, mate....

Swiftys are not FW.....
