Yah, in hard winter the carp don't want it, that's that, fair's fair.

Was going to go tommorow, but gale force winds, clear skies >

Ive done few sessions this winter and caught on the easier waters but really this winter thing we are just going through the motions but now on like the start of every spring, things are starting to fire back up ,everyones ready for it you can tell by peoples attitude and outlook for me and a few others bait is ordered and a new water to have a go at. time to shake away the cobwebs and get down the lake doing what we enjoy best

Canty, I have had around 30 people ask me that , and no is the answer, I know Richworth tuttis have there quality reputation - being good for them, but they ran out in the tackle shop, so just bought the Nash ones. What I really can't understand is what the difference is between Nash's tuttis and Richworths apart from reputation. Surely the ingredients can't be much different from each other .

Spring is defenitly in the air...a better class of Knob head is now patrolling the banks, like the first Swallows of Summer they are arriving at the waters edge not knowing Winter has ever touched the lakeside.
Anything doin mate?.....err, No.
Not been down for a few months mate, getting near the time now..Yeah It is.
Done a lot on here have you?..yeah, a bit.
How many you had then?..err Three.
Three... all Winter?..yeah Three.
Had any of the bigguns mate?..low twenties.
Bet you were gutted ,with all the thirties in this gaff....No, should i be?
Well, i would be mate...How's that?
Suffering all the bad weather for a couple of twenties, not for me mate...
Long may it continue....Mate.
