I don`t think the new icons are animated,the "sticking out tongue" is one of the old ones.

Lancs! You kust want me to give all my suprises away don't you! I have just found an enormous stockpile of new animated icons. I will cherry pick the best and get them on the site.

It might have to wait until I have the time to amend the rest of the forum look and usability though.
