The fishingwarehouse was off-line from around 11am to 11pm yesterday.

The problem was with BT. They lost the leased line connection with our server and we get NO compensation! (we also lost about an hour or so last Friday!) We have been assured this problem is now fixed.

We are very sorry for the interuption!

Damm shame that you were not on line,.....I placed an order with another firm for a grand of tackle because I couldnt access your site.....

Do you get anyting for loss of earnings......If so, Im sure I could make up a completely different figure....

I could give it a try!!!! Send an e.mail saying you were going to place an order for £100,000 worth of baitrunners.......

It now appears (after loads of angry calls) that it was as simple as just one loose connection somewhere in the south of England. We are now linking the servers up to ensure if one line goes down we still have connection.
