Is that the River Soar near Loughborough?
I used to fish it as a kid at Barrow, just wondering where this stretch is?

I took the pic, but now I'll have to remember. Barrow on soar nice bit of water, not got to carp fishing it lately, but seen and had some very nice chub out over the years.
Did you ever fish proctors caravan park river and lakes?
