Giant freshwater stingray captured from Ban Pakong River in Thailand after a short twenty minute battle estimated to weigh 45-50kgs.I was aided the capture by team fishsiam members Ohm,Q,Jeap and Ow.Another much bigger one was hooked and played for 1.5 hours breaking a penn tuna stick in half.After retying the mainline to a new rod a massive est.130kg+ specimen was brought alongside the boat.Sadly in the last seconds of this capture the leader was sheered off on underwater rocks in the margins and the monster was lost!
